Wear Brazil Affiliate Program Terms of Service
1. Enrollment in the Program:
1.1. By enrolling in the Wear Brazil Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
1.2. Enrollment requires completion of the affiliate application and acceptance by Wear Brazil.
1.3. Wear Brazil reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. Affiliates must accurately represent Wear Brazil and its products in their promotions.
2.2. Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
2.3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.4. Affiliates must not use spam or unsolicited email to promote Wear Brazil products.
3. Promotion and Marketing:
3.1. Affiliates may promote Wear Brazil products through approved channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email.
3.2. Affiliates must use their unique affiliate links provided by Wear Brazil for tracking purposes.
3.3. Affiliates are encouraged to create original and engaging content to promote Wear Brazil products.
4. Commission Structure:
4.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links.
4.2. Commission rates and payout thresholds will be specified by Wear Brazil and may be subject to change.
4.3. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.
5. Cookie Duration:
5.1. Wear Brazil uses cookies to track referrals and attribute commissions to affiliates.
6. Termination of Agreement:
6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by giving written notice to the other party.
6.2. Wear Brazil reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship and withhold commissions for affiliates found to be in violation of these Terms of Service.
7. Intellectual Property:
7.1. Affiliates may use Wear Brazil logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Wear Brazil products.
7.2. Affiliates must not modify or alter Wear Brazil branding without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality:
8.1. Affiliates may have access to confidential information about Wear Brazil and its operations.
8.2. Affiliates agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability:
9.1. Wear Brazil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate relationship.
9.2. Wear Brazil's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
10.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Texas.
By enrolling in the Wear Brazil Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Wear Brazil reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to regularly review these terms for any changes.
