If I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it? How to?

You have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you bought/received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and must not have had any sign of wear, smell, or tags removed. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Please, remember: an item eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. It must have the tag on. You are responsible to pay for shipping back to us, and shipping to you. Or you can bring it in-store for exchange/refund. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on bikini bottoms. Sorry for the inconvenience.  

When do I get my refund?

Online purchase: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

In-store: Bring your item to us and we will inspect if its eligible for exchange or refund we will do so.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
