You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible to receive a full refund if your return is accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached, along with the invoice.

  1. Contact our customer service team at within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We inspect our products entirely before shipping to you. So no worries, your item will arrive new and damage free.

Definitely. You can exchange for any other item, however you are responsible to shipping the product to us. You are also responsible to pay the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

You are responsible to pay to ship the item to us.

You can take to a post office or UPS close to you and ship to the address our customer service team have provided you.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, the exchange cost must match with the cost of the good. Please let us know what item you want to exchange for and we will proceed from there.

U.S. Free shipping when you buy $100 and more. Shipping is calculated at checkout - cost may vary accordingly to your location.

We offer different shipping options at checkout. Our automate system will generate a cost and time according to your address provided. We have from 4-day ground shipping to 2-day priority shipping. We offer free U.S. shipping on your order of $100 or more.

No. At this time we do not offer curbside nor delivery. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes. If you live in San Antonio, Texas or surrounded area, you can select the pick-up method at check-out and come to our location to get your item. You are going to receive an email when you order is ready for pickup. Usually less than 24 hours after the payment confirmation. We will provide you with the address for pick up at the completion of your purchase online.
