Thank you so much for shopping at Wear Brazil. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Wear Brazil Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in-store. Items must be in *original condition within 7 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

RECAP:

You have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you bought/received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and must not have had any sign of wear, smell, or tags removed. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Please, remember: an item eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. It must have the tag on. You are responsible to pay for shipping back to us, and shipping to you. You can also bring it to our store, we will inspect the item and let you know right away if the item is eligible for exchange or return. If so, we are going to issue you a store credit-signed card. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on bikini bottoms, tights, and all accessories. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As a small business, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, please make sure to see if it's the right item for you before buying -you are more than welcome to come in our store and try them on. If shopping online analyze the risks before purchasing, as we do not refund money back to your original method of payment, however, we do accept returns and exchanges -if eligible. If we don't have the item you want you can always come back later, we are always bringing new items to our store! :)
